Custom orders
Tell us what you have in mind.
There are five short steps and you can skip any of them. The only thing we genuinely need is a way to reply.
Worth knowing
Here is what we can and cannot make.
Saying no quickly is part of the service. If a custom order is not the right answer, we will tell you before you have spent anything.
Yes
We can match a colour
You might want us to match a dress, a room or a wedding palette. Send us a photograph and we'll pick the closest match we can get from the shades the material comes in.
We can change the size and shape
We'll make anything from a single stem to an arrangement built for a table. Larger pieces take longer and cost more, and we'll tell you both before we start.
We can make particular flowers
We make daisies, roses, tulips, lavender and several others. If you want something we haven't made before, just ask. Sometimes we say no, and we say it quickly.
We can build it around one occasion
We make bouquets for a proposal, a bridal party, a milestone birthday, or a gift that has to carry a particular meaning.
No
We can't copy a photograph exactly
Handmade work gets close, but it's never identical. We'll make something that feels like that day, and if you need an exact match we'll tell you so rather than take the order.
We can't copy another maker's design
You're welcome to show us a reference for the feeling you want, but not for the piece itself. We don't copy other makers' work.
We can't do same-day work
We make every custom piece from scratch. If your date is tight, we'll point you at the collection instead, which is usually the better answer as well as the faster one.

Nothing starts until you agree.
- 01
You send the idea
Send a photograph, a colour, an occasion, or just a description. Nothing formal, and it is fine if you describe it badly.
- 02
You get an honest answer
We tell you whether we can make it, roughly what it would cost, and how long it would take. Sometimes the answer is no.
- 03
A deposit starts it
Only once you have agreed the price and the date. Nothing is made and nothing is charged before that.
- 04
It is made and delivered
We send you a photograph of the finished piece before it leaves the studio.
