Thank you
How do you thank someone properly without making it awkward?
This is for the person who did something they didn't have to do, and who would be embarrassed to be thanked loudly.
The card
What to write
We write the card by hand, exactly as you send it. Take one of these or change it so it sounds like you.
- Thank you, genuinely, for all of it.
- You didn't have to do it, and you did it anyway. Thank you.
- This is a small thing for a big kindness.
- Thank you for everything you've done this year.
- I don't think you know how much that helped me.
- Thank you, and I'm sorry for the short notice.
- You were the person who turned up. Thank you.
- Thank you. This one needs nothing from you, unlike me.
Timing
When to order
We take three to five days. A thank-you gift loses most of its meaning if it arrives weeks after the thing you're thanking someone for, so it's worth sending while the reason is still fresh for both of you.
What most people get wrong
People's instinct is to send something large, and that usually makes the person receiving it feel that they now owe you something back. Something small and clearly chosen for them reads as gratitude. Something large reads as settling a debt.
What to send

Rust and Ivory Lily Bouquet
Some anniversaries want warmth rather than romance. This one is built from rust and ivory lilies with layered gerberas, and it is the largest piece we make in autumn colours.
LKR 6,8004 to 6 days
Blush and White Daisy Bouquet
Some birthdays you really want to get right. This one gathers daisies, lilies and small pearl-centred blossoms in blush and white, packed into a full round dome.
LKR 4,8003 to 5 days
Rust and Cream Kraft Bouquet
Somebody did something quietly and nobody thanked them for it. This one is rust and cream, with lilies, rosebuds and lavender spikes, wrapped in kraft and tied with twine.
LKR 5,6003 to 5 days
Tell us who it is for.
We reply within the hour on most days. You're not committing to anything, and we never show the price to the person receiving it.
