A slower stretch is when the studio resets the work that busy weeks do not leave room for.

None of this is visible when an order arrives, but it is what keeps the work considered when the calendar becomes full again.
The aim is not to be busy at every moment. It is to have enough room to make each piece properly when the day arrives.
